Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at fairbanks.tilda.ws and any webpage that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Fairbanks Commercial Properties, LLC (“FCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site provides general information about our company, properties, leasing, investment activities, and related business matters. This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through communications initiated using the contact information displayed on the Site. It does not apply to employee records or to information governed by a separate written agreement or privacy notice.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your telephone number; and
  • information you voluntarily include in an email, telephone call, or other communication.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site's general contact forms.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our website service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times of access, interactions with Site features, session information, and campaign or UTM parameters.

Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from vendors that help us operate, secure, and measure the Site.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • respond to questions and requests;
  • evaluate and respond to leasing, investment, property, and business inquiries;
  • communicate with you about an inquiry or an existing business relationship;
  • understand Site traffic, performance, and user interactions;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • protect our rights, property, operations, personnel, and users; and
  • comply with applicable law, legal process, and enforceable governmental requests.

Providing a telephone number allows us to respond to your inquiry by telephone. We do not use a telephone number submitted through a general inquiry form to send automated marketing text messages without any consent required by applicable law.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site is built and hosted using Tilda. Tilda and related infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver pages, protect the Site, process form submissions, and provide internal website statistics. Depending on the Site's configuration and your visit, these technologies may use cookies, session storage, pixels, log files, or similar technologies.

Internal statistics may include page views, sessions, referral information, interactions, form-submission events, IP-derived location, and UTM campaign parameters. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels on the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect Site functionality. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent all server-side logging or information needed to secure and operate the Site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat the signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device from which it is sent. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers. Website hosting and development providers, Tilda, content-delivery and security providers, communications providers, and other vendors that process information for us.
  • Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Site.
  • Business transaction recipients. Actual or prospective parties and advisers involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.
  • Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not disclose contact-form information to third parties for their own independent direct marketing purposes.

Sale and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Based on our current practices, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice and opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before using personal information for those purposes.

Retention and Security

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting the Site, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers our activities, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or appeal our decision regarding a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email maiia@fairbankscp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the state in which you reside. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will use verification information only for that purpose.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authority and direct verification from you. Rights are subject to legal limitations and exceptions, and we may deny a request where permitted by law.
